Stepping Through My Own DooršŸ’«šŸ¤šŸ’«ā€¦ The Journey Continues #2

Hi Friends~


I wasn’t sure where to start with these shares. Part of me wanted a ā€œtimelineā€ā€¦ but honestly, that feels like too much pressure. So I’m just going to let this flow out as it comes.

And the first thing that keeps coming up is… meditation.


Meditation has been my anchor. My relationship back to me. To Truth. To clarity. MyĀ life lineĀ of light connecting me to completeness/wholeness. A space ofĀ knowing that waits for me to come sit (or lieĀ šŸ˜‰) Ā with. Always there, no pressure, no expectation, just a space of love waiting for me to open the door to.Ā 


Has it always been pretty? Nope.

Have I wanted to avoid it? Yep.

Has it cracked me open + changed everything? 100%.


It wasn’t like I sat down one day and the heavens opened. It’s been moment by moment, day by day. Showing up. Even when I didn’t want to. Even when nothing seemed to ā€œhappen.ā€Ā 


And that’s what my guides have repeated to me (and through me): just keep showing up.


Through meditation…

✨ I was led to yoga school.


✨ I realized I was in a toxic environment + needed to leave.


✨ I faced traumas I didn’t even know were sitting in me.


✨ I reconnected with the part of me that always knew. The part that has always seen, heard, felt, and known beyond the veil.


✨ Realized I am and will never be alone. 


✨ Touched my Essence.


✨ Reclaimed my Truth


✨ Soothed anxieties, fears. 


✨ I ground into peace amongst all storms. 


✨ Honestly, this list could go on and on...

It didn’t give me a lightning bolt. Spirit knew I couldn’t handle that. It gave me a steady remembering. A return home.Ā
