These practices are designed to help you stay mindful and present in the moment. Remember, this challenge is meant to assist you, not add stress.
You might already be incorporating some of these practices into your routine, like yoga, which can definitely count towards your daily activities. I will provide short, accessible practices all in one place for your convenience.
A key part of this challenge is to check the website daily to see what’s on offer, including any videos I create for you. This bootcamp is designed to help you shift out of patterns that no longer serve you and embrace a higher vibration of living. Together, we’ll create a routine that resonates with your unique path, empowering you to live your most vibrant and authentic life.
Daily Commitment: 1-1.5 hours each day
Daily Activities:
Foundation of the Bootcamp:
* 20 Minute Walk
* 10-20 Minutes of Yoga: Engage in a daily yoga practice with videos I provide or choose your own routine.
* 3-20 Minutes of Meditation: daily meditation session using provided videos or your preferred method.
* 10-20 Minutes of Workout: I’ll provide routines, or you can follow your own.
Online Private Community: Connect with like-minded individuals in our exclusive online community. Share your experiences, support each other, and grow together.
Daily Calendar: Receive a daily calendar outlining your tasks and activities. This will help you stay organized and on track throughout the program.
Points of Focus/Intention: Each day or week, you’ll receive different points of focus and intention to guide your journey. These will help you stay aligned with your goals and deepen your practice.
Water Consumption: Track your daily water intake to ensure you stay hydrated and support your overall health. and we will energize with with frequency
Journal Prompts: Receive possible journal prompts to encourage self-reflection and personal growth. These prompts will help you process your experiences and insights during the program.
