This work isn't about being told what you want to hear.

It's for those who are willing to meet themselves honestly, to peel away the layers, see what they may have been unwilling or unable to see, and listen beneath the stories, patterns, fears, and desires of the smaller self.

 

These sessions are divinely guided. There is no predetermined formula and no agenda to follow.

 

We begin with what is present for you and anything you feel called to bring into the space. From there, I listen. I tune into your energy, connect with Spirit and higher knowing, and ask what is in the highest good for you to see, receive, experience, or remember in our time together.

 

And then we follow where the session leads.

 

Sometimes that means conversation. Sometimes something beneath the conversation wants to be seen. Energy may want to move. A pattern may become visible. A truth you already know may finally become impossible to look away from. Healing may happen through distance energy work. Cards, channeling, or mediumship may naturally become part of the session.

 

The modality isn't the work.

 

The willingness to meet what is here is the work.

A willingness to be curious. To look honestly. To meet what arises without immediately trying to change it, explain it away, or make it mean something else.

You may be standing at a pivotal moment. Something in your life may no longer fit. You may recognize a pattern you're finally ready to meet differently. Or you may simply feel the quiet knowing that there is something more asking to be seen.

 

You don't have to know what that is before you come. You simply have to be willing to meet it.

 

This is sacred work. It asks for honesty. Curiosity. Courage. And a willingness to meet yourself without needing the answer to look the way you hoped it would.

What a session may include 

Every session is different because every person, and every moment, is different.

Depending on what arises, our time may include intuitive guidance, energetic reading, Reiki or distance energy healing, cards, channeling, mediumship, spiritual teaching, deep conversation, or simply the space to sit with and listen to what is being revealed.
