Our 2026 retreat, Sacred Connections: Awakening Presence ~ A Spiritually Transformational Yoga Retreat, is taking place on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, where the rainforest meets the sea. This is a part of Costa Rica we haven’t explored together yet, and it’s overflowing with magic.  And yes… It’s finally time to see sloths in real life!

• Daily yoga, meditation & breath work practices with me

Intuitive Flow

While we’ll have a tentative itinerary, these retreats are always intuitively guided. Each group carries its unique energy, and I listen closely to what is needed in the moment. Beautiful offerings often emerge that aren’t initially on the schedule, because the retreat itself has a life of its own.

• Double Occupancy: $2,788 per person

• Single Occupancy: $3,233 per person (limited availability)

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $555 non-refundable to reserve your spot (you’re welcome to pay more if you’d like)

• Half of your balance due: October 11, 2025

• Remaining balance due: December 11, 2025

Travel Info
You’ll fly into San José, Costa Rica (SJO). From there, you can take a scenic shuttle (4–5 hours) or a short domestic flight to Limón (45 minutes) and then transfer to the retreat space (about 30 minutes). Once you’ve secured your spot, I’ll send full travel details and recommendations.

Because of the intimate nature of this retreat, spaces are limited. Please reach out soon to reserve your room preference and confirm your place in this sacred circle. Additionally, if you require flexibility with payments, I am happy to work with you on timing and payment breakdowns.
