I’ve been receiving the message to share more of my journey, the tools, and the truths that have supported me.And to be honest, my first instinct has been to ignore it.

It feels uncomfortable. It feels unknown. I don’t always understand the “why” behind it.

But the message has come in the vibration of love.  I’ve learned that when love calls, I must listen, no matter how uneasy it makes me. If I am here to open doors for others, then I must first be willing to step through my own, holding the vibration that allows others to do the same.

The truth is… I have so much to share.

Insights from 20 years of deep inner work, tools, practices, and lifestyle shifts that have supported me.

Ways of integrating the spiritual, the energetic, and the physical so the body and spirit can finally meet in harmony.

Where It All Began

Before there was Reiki & Intuitive Counseling. Before there was Kundalini. Before there was Breathwork, Bootcamps, and Channeling. Before there were tools, protocols, or products. Before I began weaving the physical with the energetic…

There was a single choice: to meet myself.

That began almost 20 years ago, when I started meeting each week with my teacher, my guru, who embodies truth, peace, and love. He created a safe, unwavering space for me to face my illusions~ those deeply embedded falsehoods that had shaped how I saw myself and the world.

In that container, I learned to see what was not real, to recognize what I had been carrying that wasn’t mine, and to begin breaking free. I started to remember my Truth, touch my Essence, know my Vibration.

This isn’t a “one-and-done” moment ~ it is lifetime work. That’s why I still meet with him every single week. I believe that for me to hold a clear and clean space for others, I must walk the same path I invite them into.

A Different Kind of Expertise

Some of you know this about me… but I want to say it "out loud":

I see the unseen, know the unknown, and hear the unheard. The frequencies of Truth are clear to me.

When it comes to tools, practices, or products, I don’t rely on marketing hype or popularity. I feel into the frequency and I can sense whether it is in integrity and alignment.

I know it might sound unusual, but many of the things I share are simply given to me by Spirit. They arrive, sometimes in the most unexpected ways, and I recognize the soft, unmistakable whisper of alignment. I know that feeling in my body. And when it’s there, I listen.

Honestly? It usually makes me so uncomfortable to follow that nudge,  but I’ve learned that discomfort often means something important wants to move through me.

Even if something is trending, I can see through the noise and determine if it’s truly a good fit. Then, the practical (and yes, frugal) part of me finds the best way to access it. Working to find the highest quality for the most reasonable cost, so it’s as accessible as possible for those who feel called to try it.

Some things come easily for me, like moving my body, understanding what’s happening energetically, and knowing what’s in alignment. That’s where I thrive.

But sharing publicly?

Writing emails like this?

Speaking in groups?

Letting myself be seen?

Allowing others into my Inner workings?

That’s been a journey. 🙃 And it still is.

So if this message reaches you… know that it cost me something to share it. And that’s not said for sympathy~  it’s said to honor the realness of the offering.

We all have our edges. This is one of mine.

A New Chapter

For many years, I’ve held space as an Energy Healer, Intuitive Counselor, Wellness & Fitness Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Medium, Channel, and Kundalini/Meditation/Breathwork Teacher.  I offer meditation classes, bootcamps, sound baths, restorative yoga, retreats, personalized guidance, and more.

However, I’m now realizing that as our frequency shifts, our bodies often require deeper, more physical support. The internal transformation reconfigures our cells, our systems, our needs. And so, alongside the spiritual and energetic offerings, I’m beginning to share physical supports and tools,  things I’m intuitively guided to, have personally vetted, and can sometimes make more accessible through discount codes.

This is something new~ and deeply tender for me to share. I’m not here to sell or push. I’m here to open doors and inform. What you do with what you receive is entirely your choice.

What Comes Next

Every week or two, I’ll invite you behind the veil of my journey ~ sometimes sharing a practice, sometimes a story, and sometimes a tool or protocol that has supported my body, energy, or nervous system.
