Lets take a couple hours to relax, rejuvenate, and slow down. In restorative yoga your body is fully supported, which allows you to relax and let go. If that isn't yummy enough, class will be accompanied with frequency-minded music by Listening to Smile. These frequencies are created as a tool to facilitate harmony of the mind, body, and spirit. Class will be Friday February 10th from 6:00-8:00pm. If you plan to join us for the 2 hours of stress-relief, body-mind-spirit nourishment, nurturing, balancing and centering reserve your spot as soon as possible :-).
